How do I pay my rent?

Rent is paid online through the secure Propertyware tenant portal. Log in, pick a payment method, and submit -- or set up autopay once and never think about it again.

Set up autopay

Inside the portal, schedule recurring autopay so your rent is paid automatically on the same day each month. Change or cancel it any time.

Accepted payment methods

Pay by bank transfer (eCheck/ACH) or card. The methods available to you and any card processing fee are shown at checkout in the portal.

First time or locked out?

Use the credentials your HomeProp leasing contact set up at lease signing. Forgot your password? Use the portal's Forgot Password link. Still stuck? Ask Hayden or call (844) 960-4527.
