What it’s actually like
The campus sits on Bullard Parkway, inside Temple Terrace’s own city limits — the limits run roughly from just north of Fletcher to Harney. A short walk or bike ride covers most of Temple Terrace’s older, tree-lined pockets from here.
College campuses
Florida College and Florida College Academy sit inside the same pocket of Temple Terrace — one of the densest concentrations of educational institutions in the area — and the stability that brings to the surrounding streets shows. USF is just across Fowler, close enough to plan around both campuses.
Primary schools
Served by Hillsborough County Public Schools, with elementary, middle, and high school options zoned to the address. See published ratings →
What the homes are like
The same Temple Terrace housing stock — 1950s-70s ranches and split-levels on generous lots, some newer infill, some riverfront. Nothing built specifically for the campus; it’s the surrounding city’s own homes, at walking-to-driving distance.
What you get here
Walking, biking, or a five-minute drive to campus. Florida College Academy in the same pocket. Established, mature streets rather than anything built new for the campus.
